I drove down as far as from Aberdeen to bought car for my wife couple of weeks back. After proper inspection in two separate garages it became apparent that a few bits and pieces needed replace / repair and all have been done when I returned to Charlie for the under warranty work. I can tell more - Charlie super professionally changed even more suspension parts making it balanced on both left and right wheels. I do recommend his professional attitude and customer care to everyone that wants to buy a used car with piece of mind and stress free.

Really friendly staff. The owner offered to stay late after working hours because we couldn’t get there during the day. Car is in great nick and came with a 12month MOT. Would recommend!

quoted £800 to fix everything that was wrong on MOT. Ended up costing £960 and they didn't fix any of the advisories. Didn't put the new wheels on which I paid for as well, had to go to another garage to get fixed, costing another £200 as this garage started to ignore messages

Bought a fiat 500l from the bedlington Autocare on the 04/04/25. Part exchange my old car for a new one. I had an operation on my foot and can no longer drive a manual so had to get an automatic car. Never drove one before. Charlie and the staff there were so helpful and explained everything and took me for a driving lesson. I can’t recommend them enough a Big thank you to them

Bought a car from this dealer, after going over options and what suited my needs best, picked one that I was very happy with. The car wasn’t ready yet, and as I work by appointment from my car the garage very kindly offered me the use of a car so that I was able to continue my work. Communication was good and the actual process of buying a car was smooth, uneventful and stress free. Definitely recommend this used car dealer, and will likely be visiting him again when it’s time for another car.
